Midlands Dove Mediation: Coronavirus Update
We would like to take this opportunity to update you on how Midlands Dove Mediation are responding to developments regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).
At this stage, we continue to follow and implement the latest Government Guidance from Public Health England and are taking steps to keep all staff and the general public safe and well during this very concerning time.
Clearly this has been a rapidly evolving situation which we have adapted to ensure that we are still able to offer safe, confidential and impartial services.
As you may be aware we have suspended all face to face meetings at all our offices. We have been and continue to offer Remote Meetings, where appropriate, to enable us to continue to offer our services to those experiencing disputes.
At present, due to the latest guidance, we have taken the decision to physically close our offices and that of our colleagues at Elliot Mather LLP. As a result of this, the range of services, actions and timescales of actions may be affected. We have and are introducing steps to minimise the impact of these changes on our service. We would however, appreciate your understanding at this difficult time.
During this period we would request that you send any queries you may have, to us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will frequently monitor these and be assured, we will respond to any of your communications, as soon as practicably possible. We hope that this form of communication will be the most effective at this time. Where possible please refrain from calling our administration telephone number.
We will provide any updates on our status at our website www.midlandsdove.co.uk and our social media platforms.
We thank you for your understanding at this time.
