Our Mediators are selected for their experience, reputation and commitment to the Mediation process, together with their knowledge and experience within their specialism.
Our Mediators:
- adhere to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators, if relevant the Family Mediation Council Code of Conduct, together with the Code of Conduct of their respective Mediation professional bodies, such as Resolution, Family Mediators Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
- are affiliated to professional bodies relevant to their sphere of specialism, and adhere to the Code of Conduct of each of those professional bodies.
- engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) each year.
Midlands Mediation seek feedback from clients and review the performance of its Mediators.
Midlands Mediation has a complaints procedure and are committed to fully investigating any complaint made by a client.
